For the new season, NonStop Gym offers you a week of free training activities in all our gyms from January 29th to the 1st of February .

Our coachs are there for you to provide
– free training tips
– free trial personal training sessions

30 minutes group lessons every day at 1pm and 6pm
Monday gain strength
Tuesday intervall training
Wednesday endurance training
Thursday strengthen your abs
