The Federal Council has confirmed that fitnesses can open as of May 11th, provided we follow a Protection Plan.

We are already working certain adjustments to improve the social distancing and to further enhance the in club hygiene for re-opening. We will follow an industry wide Protection Plan to make sure to protect our members and co-workers.

All active memberships, that were put on hold during the closure, will be reactivated by May 11.

We will continue to share updates on the development and implications for our clubs via this page.

This situation is new and challenging for all of us. Thanks for your collaboration & understanding !

FAQ

What does it mean to put the membership on hold?

For the duration of the hold period (or freeze period) you will not have access to the club. All future invoices will be moved out by the duration of the freeze and the same for your contract end date. Once the freeze is over all regular conditions will resume for your contract.

My invoice is paid by direct debit even during my freeze period

Invoices that are paid by direct debit or LSV are sent to the post/bank a few days in advance. Rest assured that your next invoice will be delayed by the freeze period.

I have a standing order in place, must I stop it while my membership is frozen?

You can choose to pause your payments during the freeze period. But no problems if you don’t, any payment that arrive to us in advance will be attributed to your membership and your next invoice will be paid.

Do you offer home training programs?

Yes, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we frequently share programs by our certified coaches, or other tips and tricks to keep you motivated also during this confinement period.

Can I book a PT during the close-down

Yes, why not proceed with a coaching session on-line. Contact your coach directly to find an arrangement. All our coaches are listed here.

When can I train again in the club?

We follow the authority guidelines closely. The Federal Council announced on April 29th that a restricted opening as of May 11 is authorized. We will put in place the measures to ensure that NonStop Gym fulfulls all necessary Protect Plan details.
