How do I join?

Click on ‘Buy Membership’ in the main menu and follow the instructions. You’ll have your membership in a few simple steps. Plan your first visit during our staffed hours to activate your 24h-access. You can of course also sign up in the club, just bring your ID. If you’re 16 or 17 also bring your legal guardian.

At what age can I train?

Access to our gyms is from the age of 15, with parental consent to be signed. You must therefore bring a legal guardian with you to the gym during our opening hours.

Can I try the gym?

We propose trial sessions during our staffed hours. A trial session costs 25.- which is deducted from your membership if you decide to buy one afterwards. Please bring a towel and a lock, thank you ! For minors, the presence of a parent or legal guardian is mandatory to register for a trial training session.

Can I cancel my membership?

If you buy your membership on-line, and you’re not happy with the gym during your first visit, you’ll have 1 week after its activation to cancel the membership. Send an email to [email protected] during the first week, and we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked.
Note that a 1-year membership runs for 12 months. You can’t cancel it during this time. If you’re not sure about committing for a year, you can buy our monthly membership to try it out, or do a single trial session. Your yearly membership is automatically renewed for another year if you don’t cancel it at least 1 month before the end of the contract. We will send you a reminder 2 months before the end of the contract.

Can I freeze my membership?

You can freeze your membership for medical reasons. Just bring us a medical certificate and you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months. You can’t freeze your membership for reasons other than medical.

What if the gym has to close?

If the gym needs to close by instructions of the authorities due to Corona Virus measures, your membership will be suspended for the duration that the gym is closed. The time you miss will be added to the end of your membership term.

Reimbursement by health insurance?

The certification confirms that the gym is safe and provides quality fitness. QualiCert is a label that allows you to receive up to 500.- reimbursement on your membership. Come by at the gym to find out the amount you may be reimbursed or check directly with your health insurance.

Is the gym staffed?

Our gym is staffed by our facility manager Monday–Friday from 17.00–20.00 as well as 12:00-14:00 on Mondays & Wednesdays. During these times you can get personal service to any question you might have or help to manage your membership. We also have Personal Trainers who are there to help with your training. Their hours aren’t fixed, and they might be busy with a customer, so if you want to make sure to get help we recommend you book a session by sending an email to [email protected].

How do I use the machines?

We offer free introductions to the machines by our qualified Personal Trainers. There are a few introductory sessions each week at different times. Pop by to register for your free session. If you want a personal introduction with a dedicated training program, you can book a Personal Trainer by sending an email to [email protected].

How can I get in to the gym?

To make sure you can get in to the gym at any time, we’re using a biometric security system that recognizes your fingerprint, along with a personal access-code.

Can I feel safe in the gym?

Our entry system ensures only our members can get in. On top of the personalized entry, we keep a close eye on the gym with surveillance cameras and nighttime security visits. And there’s an area just for women – so they can forget about their surroundings and focus on their workout.

How do I pay my membership?

You can pay your annual membership by credit card, by payment order/e-banking, or by bank card (EC, Maestro, Postcard) or you can pay in cash at the gym during the staffed hours. For all monthly paid memberships we recommend putting in place an automatic payment from your bank account or setting up a recurring payment order. We can assist you with any questions.

Can I pay each month?

Yes, our yearly membership at 49.- / month can be paid in 12 monthly payments. To the first payment we add the sign-up fee of 49.- so your first payment is 98.-, then 49.- for each new month.
If you choose to pay your full year up front, we give you a 49.- discount (588.- vs 637.- for the full year).

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, any payment you make is attributed to your membership. So you can choose to pay e.g. 2 months in one go.

Can I pay later?

No, paying your membership on time is your responsibility. If you don’t pay we will block your access to the club, while your membership keeps running, and any future fees as well. As soon as we get your money due, we unblock your access again. If your debts are not paid within 1 month we will hand over your debt to a debt collector.
