STAFFED-HOURS : Our team welcomes new members and answers any question you might have during our staffed hours.

No staffed hours during bank holidays and December 24th. Outside the staffed hours…» our staff is at the gym for multiple tasks (introduction trainings, coaching, cleaning, maintainance, security checks, etc.) The schedule varies according to the gym.
– 9h on weekdays
– 3h on week-end and on holidays
