How do I sign up?
You can register online via the membership-section, or in person during our staffed hours. If you were already a member, you can register via your online customer account (but not via the app).
In any case, plan your first visit during our staffed hours in order to activate your 24/7 personal access. Remember to bring your ID.
Can I do a trial session?
Of course! Just come by any of our clubs during our staffed hours for a trial session. The session costs 25.-. This amount will be deducted from the membership fee if you decide to sign up afterwards.
Remember to bring an ID. Bring clean indoor shoes, a towel to protect the machines, and a padlock to secure your belongings. Enjoy your session 💪🏼
Can I do several trial sessions?
Absolutely, you can do as many as you want, but only one (25 CHF) can be deducted from the membership price.
At what age can I join?
We welcome anyone as of 15 years old. For minors (aged 15-17), the consent of a legal guardian is required, and their presence is required at the club to finalize the registration.
- Please come by together with your IDs (and proof of legal guardianship if necessary) during our staffed hours.
I was a member before, must I pay the sign-up fee again?
The sign-up fee (49.-) is waived for former members in two cases:
- You opt for a prepaid annual membership (fee waived for new and former members)
- You return after a monthly membership that ended less than three months ago (option only available in the club)
In all other cases, the sign-up fee must be paid, even by former members.

Can someone help me get started?
At NonStop Gym, every new member gets an 20min introduction session with a coach. The session gives you a tour of the gym and explains how to use the machines, but it doesn’t give you a personal training program.
To book your introduction session, contact the staff directly at the club during staffed hours.
How do I book a Personal Trainer?
To book a coach at NonStop Gym, you can contact the coach of your choice directly (you find their contact details on the coach page or a business card in the club). If you don’t know who to choose, you can write to us at [email protected], specifying your club, your language, your goal, and any other useful information so that we can match you with a coach.
If you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle mass, our certified coaches can help you achieve your goals faster and without injury. The coach will prepare a personalized program tailored to your level and commitment.
Many coaches also have nutritionist training to provide you with the best advice.
Our coaches are independent and you pay them directly. The recommended price is CHF 100.- per 1-hour session, but each coach sets his/her own prices.
What equipment is available in the gym?
At NonStop Gym, you will find high-quality equipment from the renowned manufacturer MATRIX. Our range includes a wide variety of machines*, including:
- Cardio machines: treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, stair masters, air bikes, skiergs, etc.
- Guided machines: equipment for targeted muscle training, such as leg presses, chest presses, and high pulleys, etc.
- Free weights: deadlifts, Smith machines, and benches with dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells, etc.
- Functional training: cage, TRX straps, battle ropes, pilates balls, medicine balls, jump boxes, etc.
Our equipment is regularly maintained to ensure a safe and qualitative training experience.
* Equipment varies depending on the size of the club. To check what’s on offer in your gym, just come by to visit during our staffed hours.
What is the “Ladies Area”?
At NonStop Gym, we have an area exclusively reserved for women*. It’s like a mini gym within the gym. So, if you, ladies, want to do a few exercises or your entire workout with a bit more privacy, you have the choice.
In most of our gyms, the ladies area is located right next to the women’s changing room. Women are also welcome to train in the large mixed gym.
* Except in Conthey & Sierre, sorry, the clubs there are not suitable due to the lack of space.
Can I train in all NonStop Gym clubs?
All our standard* memberships give you access to all NonStop Gym clubs (except Boost**).
If we open a new club, you will automatically get access to this club as well. Just show up, do your code and your fingerprint and you’ll be let in.
* Our standard memberships are our annual memberships at 49.-/m or monthly memberships at 69.-/m.
** In Aug 2025, out of our current 43 clubs, only Geneva Cornavin is a Boost club.
What is NonStop Gym Boost?
The Boost concept offers all the comforts of NonStop Gym concept, but with a boost in services and coaching.
- The Boost Zone offers small group classes led by a coach every day. Classes planning
- Plate Loaded machines, the most requested by our members: Incline Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Lat Pulldown, Smith Machine, 45° Leg Press, etc.
- Connected Cardio machines , so you can connect to your favourite apps to track your results or to follow your usual entertainment (iWatch, YouTube, etc.).
- Free vitamin drinks with various flavours to refresh yourself during or after your workout (or both).
How to book a Boost Class?
In our Boost clubs, in addition to our usual services, we offer small group classes led by one of our certified coaches.

How is security ensured in the club?
Our dual entry system, consisting of a personal access code and biometric verification, ensures that only our members can enter.
- Our clubs are under video surveillance with recordings stored for one week.
- We carry out random checks to reinforce our presence in the club.
- Our staff (employed or contracted) spend a lot of time in the gym, also outside of staffed hours and supervise the operations in club.

How do I access my Member Area?
How can I view my invoices and payments?
You can find all your invoices and payments in your Member Area.
The Member Area only displays invoices as of the invoice date (not before). On the invoice date, you will receive an email containing your invoice. From that moment on, you will also be able to download the new invoice from the app. You have 7 days to pay your invoice. If you have set up automatic payment, we will take care of it for you ;-).

How do I pay my membership? What payment methods are available?
You can pay your membership fees directly in the Member Area. There you can paying via TWINT or credit card.
- In addition, you can download the QR invoice to pay it via your e-banking. If you want, you can reuse the same QR invoice to set up a standing order.
- If you would like to set up a direct debit via bank, post, Twint, or credit card, please visit the club during our staffed hours.
- You can also pay in the club during staffed hours (cash, TWINT, or debit/credit card).
Is it mandatory to download the Nonstop Gym app?
We strongly recommend you to download our app for easy access to administrative and training services.
However, you can log in to your online account at login.nonstopgym.com/login-register
Why is my access blocked?
Your access to the club may be disabled for one of the following reasons:
- Your contract has expired. You can check this via Member Area
- You are behind on your payments. Please settle your debt and your access will be reactivated immediately.
- Your access has been deactivated due to a suspension (either a freeze period requested by you, or a period of suspension by the club for non-compliance with our internal rules).
- you have limited access due to a single-club membership, you can add access by adding an additional module in your Member Area

Do I need to scan my fingerprint?
To enhance security in the club, we have opted for member identification via fingerprint scanning. This is required to access the gym.
Please note that we do not store fingerprints, but rather a simplified model that allows us to verify the identification of our members without the possibility of reproducing the fingerprint.
The simplified model is automatically deleted 4 months after the expiration of a contract. The data is hosted in Switzerland. The server is managed by a third-party company, while the application is internal. We collect data on member entries for internal statistics. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Can I get reimbursement by health insurance?
All Nonstop Gym clubs are certified by QualiCert, an independent organization that certifies the quality of fitness facilities and training in Switzerland.
This label entitles NonStop Gym members to a reimbursement of 200 to 500 chf from their complementary health insurance. Find the process here
Can I refer a friend?
At NonStop Gym, you can get a free month on your annual membership if you refer your friends. Find the terms and conditions here
FREEZE / CANCEL
How do I freeze my membership?
At NonStop Gym, you can suspend your membership for 1 to 6 months for the following reasons:
- Medical leave
- Pregnancy
- Military service
- Working abroad
- Studying abroad
To do so, simply provide us with a certificate or supporting document indicating the start and end dates of the suspension period.
You can submit the document directly from the app or digital Member Area or in club during our staffed-hours.
Please note that the suspension can be retroactive for up to a maximum of 3 months. In case of a membership fee paid in advance, it will be automatically transferred to the membership after the suspension period, we do not reimburse up-front payments.
How do I transfer my membership?
At NonStop Gym, our members have the option to transfer their annual membership to another person who does not currently have a membership.
- Find someone to take over the rest of your annual membership. Finding this person is your responsibility. You can post on the NonStop Gym ABO-Transfer Facebook group.
- Make sure you are up to date with your payments.
- The transfer will take place on the first day of the following month for annual subscription contract or on the day of your choice for annual prepaid contract.
- A transfer fee of CHF 49 will be applied (however, there is no registration fee for the new member).

I am relocating; may I cancel my membership?
If you are permanently leaving Switzerland or relocating more than 30 km away from the nearest NonStop Gym, you may cancel your membership on an exceptional basis.
You will need an official departure certificate issued by the Cantonal Population Office or proof of registration with your new municipality. Send your proof to [email protected] or bring it directly to the club during our staffed hours.
The effective cancellation date of your membership will be determined and confirmed only after the document has been verified.
How do I cancel my membership?
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
If you have just purchased your membership but are not satisfied with our offer, you have seven days after the start of the membership to cancel with a full refund. Send an email to [email protected] or visit the club during our staffed hours.
Cancelling a monthly membership
Your monthly membership is non-binding. To cancel your monthly membership, simply stop the payment. If you pay by automatic payment, please contact us at [email protected] or come by the club during our staffed hours.
Cancelling an annual membership
You can cancel your annual membership at its next renewal date via your Member Area. You will receive a confirmation by email. Watch the tutorial video here.
You cannot cancel your annual membership during the contract period.
Your annual membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least one month before the end of the contract period. A reminder will be sent two months before the expiration date. Failure to receive this email does not exempt you from the responsibility of cancelling your contract on time.
