A new chapter begins for NonStop Gym as we become part of the PureGym group. We’re excited to combine our strengths to create an even larger network in the long run.
Two powerful networks, perfectly aligned PureGym is one of the world’s leading gym operators, with over 700 clubs and 2.4 million members—already well-established in German-speaking Switzerland. Our network thrives in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
Together, we’ll finally cover all three linguistic regions of the country.
“NonStop Gym and PureGym share many similarities: both offer member-focused concepts, high-quality training at affordable prices, strong company values, and a clear organizational focus. Yet we also complement each other—especially geographically,” explains Petra Posselius.
“As we got to know each other better, it became clear that merging the two brands would create a strong national network of clubs—one that could become Switzerland’s leading fitness chain and serve even more members,” adds Ellen Berg.
What does this mean for you? For now, your NonStop Gym clubs will continue as usual. In the long term, they’ll transition to the PureGym brand, creating a unified national identity. We’ll keep you updated on every step of the process.
Will this affect me as a member?
Not in the short term. We’re committed to honoring all existing contracts—your membership terms, pricing, multi-club access, and more remain unchanged.
In the long term, we’ll develop a plan to merge the two brands, ensuring you’ll have access to all clubs and can fully benefit from the fantastic network and services. We’ll always act in your best interest and ensure you’re satisfied with the quality of your training at NonStop Gym & PureGym.
Are there immediate changes?
- No. Your contracts, pricing, and club access remain unchanged.
- You can continue visiting NonStop Gym clubs as usual—no action is required from you.
- Any future changes will be clearly communicated in advance.
Can I use PureGym clubs now?
Not yet. Our long-term goal is to build a stronger, more connected national gym network. We’ll keep you informed about future developments.
